Fabulous Auction and Dinner

Several Old Ride members showed up for a wonderful event.  Unfortunately, I forgot my camera and don't have any pictures.  It was a fun time with several very cool items bringing good money for a good cause.  It was good to see everyone dressed in their best and looking sharp.  We had a ton of laughs and ate quite a bit before the bidding frenzy began.

Yes, I bid on a few things, but the one thing I really wanted, I didn't get.  It was a small thing that I really needed.  Nope, it didn''t have anything to do with cars.  I had a terrible sweettooth and there was a homemade strawberry cheesecake on the block.  I bid it up, but another bidder wanted it even more than I did. (smile)

I am already planning for next year.  It was that fun!  In the meantime, I am on my way to get a slice of chilled strawberry cheesecake! Yum.
